1. Colt Starting / Breaking to Ride
- Groundwork and handling basics
- Softening, stopping, and steering
First Rides – While I’m not currently offering first rides, I work closely with several skilled horsemen who can assist with this step. I’m happy to help coordinate options that are a good fit for you and your horse.
5. Groundwork & Manners
- Leading, tying, standing for vet and farrier
- Respect on the ground and personal space
- Halter breaking and handling young horses
6. Trail Training & Exposure
- Riding confidently alone or in groups
